Currie, Helen (Age 95, Tweed)
Helen Currie, formerly of Wingham, passed away at Moira Place in Tweed on Saturday, December 20th at the age of 95.
Beloved wife of the late Jack Currie. Devoted mother of Sandra & Norm Richards, Karen & Richard Peter, Heather & Michael Burke, Robert & Lise Currie, Paul Currie and mother-in-law of Brian & Pat Courtis. Cherished grandma of 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Sister of Dr. Alex Strong & Gwen and brother-in-law Bob Allan. Predeceased by her daughter Ruth Courtis and granddaughter Leslie Boyce.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Saturday, June 20th from 12:00 noon until the time of Helen’s Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m.
