Jean Tervit of Wingham passed away on Monday, May 19th at the age of 86, At Huronlea in Brussels.
Beloved wife of the late Jack Tervit. Devoted mom of Ken & Cindy Tervit and Kevin Tervit. Loving grandma to Melissa Tervit, Jaide & Tyler Campbell and Meagan & Travis Brown. Great-grandma of Brielle, Adalyn, Camilla and Scottie Jean. Sister of Mike & Donelda Cottrill and Joe & Cheryl Cottrill. Sister-in-law of Gary Lippert, Mary Wallace and Barb Tervit. Predeceased by her parents Bill & Elsie Cottrill, brother Bill Cottrill, sister Nancy Lippert, sister-in-law Jean & Jack Deans and brothers-in-law George Tervit and Don Wallace.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Thursday, May 22nd from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Friday, May 23rd, from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Reception will follow at the Wingham Legion.
