Marlene Smith, of Seaforth, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Tuesday, April 29th in her 89th year.
Beloved wife of the late Wayne Smith. Cherished mother of the late Dan Smith, Deb Smith & the late Jim Nixon, and Doug & Martha Smith. Proud grandma of Tim & Amanda, Greg & Erica, the late Bill, Laura & Jeff, Jason & Shannon, and Derek & Marcia and great-grandma of 12. Dear sister-in-law of Elson Smith, Harold & Mary Smith, and Ruth Smith. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, Seaforth on Monday, May 5th from 11 – 12:30, where Marlene’s memorial service will be held at 1 PM. Cremation with interment in Hensall Union Cemetery.
