Gordon Herman Rody of Hanover, passed away at Grey Bruce Hospice Chapman House on Friday, May 23rd, in his 79th year.
Beloved husband of Marilyn for 54 years. Loving father of Heather and Richard Baldwin and Andrew Rody and Lisa Menary. Proud grandfather of Marley, Kayla, and Keegan. Dear brother of James and Joyce and Nancy Frook, and brother-in-law of Charles and Nancy Osterndorff. Cherished Godfather of Kathleen Horrigan and Mark Frook. Gordon will be remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Harry Frook and his parents Bill and Elfreida Rody.
Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley, on Thursday, May 29th from 7 – 9 p.m. A celebration of Gordon’s life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 30th, from 1 – 4 p.m., with words of remembrance being shared at 1.
