Elsebeth Pedersen of Atwood passed away at Waterloo Regional Health Network, on Wednesday May 21, 2025 in her 76th year.
Beloved wife of Jens Pedersen. Loving mother of Scott Pedersen, Mark and Trudy Pedersen and Sean and Tina Pedersen. Cherished grandmother of Samantha, Dakota, Dylan, Paige, Autumn, Garret, and great grandmother of Owen, Penny and Meadow.
