Gary Hedley of Teeswater passed away at the age of 71, At Wingham & District Hospital on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025.
Loving husband of the late Nancy Hedley. Devoted dad of Mel Hedley & Chad Steffler, Mark Hedley & Brook Copland, and Greg & Summer Hedley. Proud poppa of Naelynn, Everleigh, Hudson, and Lane. Brother of Kate & Kevin Howey, Beverley & John Visser, Debbie & Mike Smolenaars and Karen & Rick McMurray and brother-in-law of Wayne & Janet Lorenz, Cindy & Merv Schlorff, Kathy Lorenz, Delphine Lorenz and John Strauss. Predeceased by his parents, Delbert & Joyce Hedley, brother Paddy Hedley, parents-in-law Mel & Lillian Lorenz, brothers-in-law Doug and Jim Lorenz, and sister-in-law Bonnie Strauss.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Friday, May 23rd, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. A private funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday. Interment will take place at Greenhill Cemetery, Lucknow.
