Sheila Smart passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 5th at Chapman House with family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 59.
She was the beloved wife of Garry Smart of Meaford for 28 years. She was a loving sister of Joyce Osborne, Joan Vincent & Neil, and Kevin Osborne. Treasured aunt of Margaret Vincent & Gerald Fess and the late Shannon Vincent. Cherished niece of Doug Wrightson, Norma Hartwick, and Ray & Liz Pennington. Greatly missed by Ina Alexander, and George & Pauline Wyville as well as many cousins and extended family.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place Thursday April 10th. Friends and family are invited to gather for a casual celebration of Sheila’s life at the Meaford Community Centre on Saturday April 12th from 1 until 4 p.m. with tributes at 2 o’clock.
