Sam Fraser passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a brief but hard-fought battle with cancer at his home in Arthur on Wednesday, April 9th in his 83rd year.
Beloved husband of Betty for 60 years. Father of Sue Green & Robert, Ian Fraser & Sheryl Joyner, Ann Cesar & Ed, Helen Jackson & Mike, and Beth Kapsimalis & Tom. Proud Granda of 11. Survived by his sister Beth Duncan, in-laws William, Robert, Georgina, Andy, and Archie Jones. Predeceased by his brothers Willie and Gerald.
The funeral service will be held from Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston on Saturday, April 12th at 2:00 p.m., with visitation from 12:00 Noon until time of service. Reception to follow in the church hall. The service will be livestreamed and available on the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home website.
