Elvidge, Bill (Age 69, Durham)
Bill “Big” Elvidge, of Durham, passed away at Chapman House, Owen Sound on Friday, April 18th in his 70th year.
Beloved husband of Marie. Loving father of Jill & Cody Schenk, and Dana & Trevor Speers. Cherished Poppa of Curtis Schenk & Bridgette, Rachel Schenk & Clayton, Ava Speers, and Drew Speers. Missed by his devoted nephew Rob Elvidge. Dear brother of Ken Elvidge & Rose, Narcia Watson & Russell, and Kathy McDonald-Gies & Arnold. Brother-in-law of Sue Irwin. Bill will be missed by the Beech family. Fondly remembered by his many nephews and nieces.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the Durham Legion on Saturday, April 26th at 12 p.m., followed by a come and go celebration of life from 1 – 3 p.m.
