Peggy Thistel, formerly of Harriston, passed away at Royal Terrace, Palmerston, surrounded by Diane, Martin, and Brenda, on Wednesday, September 11th in her 100th year. Wife of the late Benn Thistel. Mother of Diane Thistel & Donovan Auxilly, and Martin & Brenda Thistel. Loved by her grandchildren Ceara & Pat Bouchard, Kristin & Dave Bouchard, and Ryan Thistel & Shirley Ann, and by her great-grandchildren Matthew, Richard, Hailey, Everley, Noah, Autumn, Isaac, and Brooks. Remembered also by her many nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Saturday, September 14th. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
