Mary-Margaret “Muggs” Murtha of Waterloo, and formerly of Listowel, passed at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 14th in her 72nd year. Cherished wife of the late Dave Murtha. Proud mother of Meghan & Rob Doig, Patrick & Lisa Murtha, Keelan & Martin Pinnau, and Dan & Julie Murtha. Grandmother of 16. Survived by her siblings Luanne Konkin & Tom, Colleen Eickmeier, and Pat Rowland; in-laws Tom Murtha, Mike Murtha, Bill & Judy Murtha, and Liz & Bill Love. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Her wake will be held at the Parkview Gardens Legion, Listowel on Wednesday, September 18th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm & 6:00pm to 8:00pm with parish prayers at 1:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Kinkora on Thursday, September 19th at 11:00am with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
