Frances Harrington of Victoria, BC, and formerly of Wingham, passed away on Tuesday, September 10th at the age of 99 years. Wife of the late James Broome and the late Stan Harrington. Mother of Bob & Joyce Broome, and John & Betty-Ann Broome. Grandmother of Michael Broome, Jay Broome, Deb & Scott Rinn, Ken Broome, Laurie & Peter Sachs, Ian & Jen Broome, and Darren Broome. Also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Keith Broome and his wife Linda. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
