Albert Buffinga of Clinton passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side, at LHSC – Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, September 10th at the age of 79. Loving husband of Mary Buffinga for 57 years. Proud dad of Brian & Melaine Buffinga, and Darlene & Dave Vantyghem. Adored grandpa of Bryce and Kaitlyn Vantyghem, and Mikayla and Tyler Armstrong and great-grandpa of two bundles of joy on the way. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Helen Johnston, Ralph & Margaret Buffinga, Case & Ruth Buffinga, Tony & Grace Vandendool, and Bert & Joan Vandendool. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and good friends. Albert’s celebration of life will be held at the Libro Community Hall, Clinton on Saturday, September 21st from 1 – 4 PM. Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside will be held at the Clinton Cemetery.
