Thelma Bigney of Kincardine passed away at the age of 93 years on Saturday, September 14th. A Celebration of Life for Thelma will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Petrolia on Saturday, October 12th at 11am. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Royal Canadian Legion. Cheques may be mailed to the Needham-Jay Funeral Home.
