Volaine Hodgins died peacefully at Brucelea Haven in Walkerton on July 7th at the age of 97 in the company of family. She is survived by her daughters, Tammara Hodgins and Michele & Murray Barr. Loved by grandsons Kyle and Chad Barr. Remembered by her sister Rovie Elmes, her brother Larry Rilett & Bonnie, sister-in-law Mary Rilett, brother-in-law Doug Teixera as well as 16 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Also missed by her cousins and long-time friends. She is predeceased by her husband James Hodgins. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Kinloss Community Centre on July 20th at 11:00 a.m. Private interment in Alvinston Cemetery.
