Earl Hawthorne passed away peacefully at the Southampton Care Centre on Saturday, July 6th at the age of 89. Predeceased by wife Marjorie Hawthorne after 40 years of marriage. Devoted partner to Doreen Nuhn for over 20 years following. Father to Gary Hawthorne, Laurie & Bruce Laur and Douglas Hawthorne. Dear grandfather of Coval, Hayley & Falon. Earl will also be remembered by Doreen’s children Brian & Judy, Dennis & Laurie, Bill & Yumi, the late Cheryl & Dave and their families. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton today at 2:30 pm. A graveside service will take place on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
