Douglas Raynard passed away peacefully in his sleep at Barnswallow Long Term Care Facility in Elmira on Friday, April 19th in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Mary Lou Raynard for almost 59 years. Father of Diane, Debbie and Peter, and Donna & Cory. Grandfather to Kaitlyn and Tyler, brother of Chris, sister-in-law Norma, brother-in-law Bill. Predeceased by parents Clara and Nelson Raynard, siblings Dorothy and Donald Murray, Lillian and Russel Irvin, Ruth and Fred Shropshall, brother Bruce and sister-in-law Patricia Raynard. Visitation is planned for Tuesday, April 30th from 11-1pm, and the funeral at 1:30. Internment at Greenhill Cemetery. Lunch to follow at the Lucknow Legion. Memorial donations can be made to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation or a church of your choice.
