Stella McCabe passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Louise Marshall Hospital, on Wednesday, April 3rd in her 87th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Terry McCabe. Loving mother of Patricia & Don, Marilyn & Chris, Theresa & Matt, Rose & Jim, Dorothy & Janek, Janice & Tony, and Steven & Michelle. Dear grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 5. Survived by her brother, Fr. Gerald Mulhall, and her sister, Myrtle Gorman. Stella will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Visitation will be held at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest, on Thursday, April 11th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. & 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Prayers at 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, Kenilworth, on Saturday, April 13th at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
