Archie Lamont, formerly of Kincardine, passed away on Tuesday, April 9th at age 80. Beloved husband of the late Virginia Lamont. Loving father of Cheryl Lamont & Bill Harrison, and Vicki Lamont. Sadly missed by his granddaughters, Jessica Lamont and Mia McDonald and great-granddaughter Isla Pearl. Dear brother of Lloyd and Muriel Lamont, George Lamont, Alvin Lamont, Elmer Lamont, and Betty-Jean MacDonald. Fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law Evelyn Lamont and Darlene Lamont, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, 7 brothers, 4 sisters and several in-laws. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home on Friday, April 12th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 13th, at 2:00 p.m.
