Ruth Buchmeier, formerly of Lucknow, passed away on Thursday, April 4th at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her best friend and husband of 57 years, Ray. Mother to Carol & Bruce MacIntyre, adoring grandma to Janessa & Nathan Bauman, and Jonathan & Rebecca MacIntyre. Also missed by great-grandchildren Blakely and Brooks Bauman, and Harrison, Sullivan and Duncan MacIntyre. Ruth is remembered by her brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Interment will take place in South Kinloss Presbyterian Cemetery, Lucknow.
