Charlie Schwass, of Durham, passed away at Chapman House, Owen Sound on Friday, March 15th in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Jean Schwass. Charlie will be missed and remembered by his great-niece Shelby Linger. Brother of Ruth Huenemoerder, Marie Bolton, Edward Schwass & Phyllis, Ken Schwass & Linda, Cathy Schwass, and Ivan Schwass & Deborah. Brother-in-law of Charles Spurgeon & Bev. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Charlie’s life will be held at First St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hanover on Friday, March 22nd at 11 a.m.
