Islah Reed of Hanover, formerly of Tara, passed away at Hanover Care Centre on Friday, March 8th in her 88th year. Loving mother of Sandra & Ken McDermid, Norm & Donna, Robert & Debra, and Peter & Wendy. Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 14. Islah will be fondly remembered by Patrick & Nicole and Henry and her sisters-in-law Dolly Sowa, Lotty Schwartz, and Marie Christie. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur, 1 sister, and 5 brothers. Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley on Friday, March 15th from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Spring interment in Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara.
