Phyllis Hymers passed away peacefully with family by her side at Huronlea Home for the Aged on Wednesday, January 31st in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Stewart Hymers. Loving mother of Brian & Jackie Hymers, Barry “Toad” & Blanche Hymers, Bonnie & Steven Leith and Brenda Hymers. Cherished grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 13. Survived by her Sister Norma Fischer, brother Allan & Mildred Townsend, Murray Townsend, Doug & Ann Townsend and sister-in-law Mary Ellen Townsend.
Friends and family will be received today from 6-9 PM at the Brenneman Funeral Home, Atwood. A Funeral service will be held on February 2nd at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment at Donegal Cemetery will be held in the spring.
