“Gordie Borth from the fourth”, passed peacefully on Monday, January 29th in his 81st year at London Health Sciences Centre with his family by his side. Gord will be greatly missed by his wife of 55 years, Fran. He raised three children, Connie & Chum McAskill, Jeff & Lesley, and Jason & Sarah. He was exceptionally proud of his 11 grandchildren, and was honoured to become a great grandpa to 3. He will be missed by his siblings, Emma, Ada, Lorraine, Reuben & Lorraine, Rita & George, Marlene, Billy & Erin, and many nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law to Betty Borth, Robert & Barb Doerr, and Joan Schefter. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, February 2nd. A time to celebrate and visit with family and friends was also held on Friday, February 2nd. Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mildmay.
