Larry Lahn, of Hanover, passed away peacefully hand in hand with his family by his side at Chapman House Residential Hospice in Owen Sound on Tuesday, January 16th at the age of 86.
Survived by devoted wife, Jean Lahn. Loved father of Nancy Jean Lahn. Larry will be remembered by his “daughter of choice” Jake Van Camp & Ben Eurbey. Remembered by his sisters in law Ruth Lahn and Mary Ellen Lahn as well as many nieces, nephews and their families. He will be missed by Jean’s side of the family as well as his extended family from all over.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation held at St. Matthew’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Hanover on Monday, January 22nd from 10 am until time of a Service of Remembrance at 11am. For anyone wanting to raise a glass in celebration of Larry’s life, a party will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Hanover after the service. Cremation has taken place with inurnment in Hanover Columbarium in the spring. Larry Lahn arrangements entrusted to Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
