Anna “Joyce” Courtney, beloved wife of the late Robert Courtney, passed away peacefully with family by her side, on Monday, January 29th at South Bruce Grey Health Center, Kincardine at the age of 92. Loving mother to Dennis Courtney, Wendy & Tom Leonard, Michael & Debbie Courtney and Shannon & Bill Henderson. Greatly missed by her 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by sister Joan & Ellwood Irwin and sister-in-law Geraldine MacLeod and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Patrick Courtney, sister and brother-in-law Janet & Bill Kempton, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Leonard and Muriel Courtney, and brother-in-law Carmen McLeod. Visitation will be held at the Pine River United Church on Saturday, February 10th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. The Funeral Service will take place directly following at 11:00 AM. A private spring interment service will be held at Lurgan Cemetery.
