John Staffen of Seaforth passed away suddenly on December 1st at the age of 59. Dear son of Shirley Staffen. Beloved husband of Maria Staffen for 7 years. Cherished father of Andrew Staffen, Nathan & Hailley Staffen, and step-father of Ivy Paula, Patrick & Chermain and Justin. Adored grandfather of Oaklynn Staffen, soon to be Hudson David Staffen, Justine Rebuldela and Brielle Rebuldela. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Carol & Dennis Duquette and Sandra Montgomery. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, Seaforth on Thursday, December 7th from 6-8 PM and again on Friday, December 8th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. John’s funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9th at 10:30 AM at the Seaforth Agricultural Society. Cremation with spring interment in Maitlandbank Cemetery.
