Joan Scott of Elmira passed away on Sunday, December 10th at Freeport Health Centre at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Harvey Scott. Dear mother of Vicki & Chris Cherry, Joanne & Brian Wideman, Kerry & Tim Shantz, and Wayne Scott. Lovingly remembered by her 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Visitation will take place on Friday, December 15th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 16th at 11 a.m. at Gale Presbyterian Church, Elmira, with a reception to follow.
