Marjorie Schmalz of Mildmay passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 23rd with family by her side at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton. Marjorie is predeceased by her husband Ronald Schmalz. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Bev & Bob Eckensweiler and Morris & Karen Schmalz. Her legacy will carry on through her 7 grandchildren and first great grandchild. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Margaret Durrer, many nieces and nephews and special friend and caregiver Rita Kelly. There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Mildmay on Thursday, December 28th at 11:00 a.m. Internment will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery, followed by a Celebration of Marjorie’s Life at Harley’s Pub & Perk, Mildmay. Marjorie Schmalz arrangements entrusted to the Greg Roberts Funeral Home, Mildmay.
