Jean Graham of Palmerston passed away peacefully at the Royal Terrace Nursing Home, Palmerston on Tuesday in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Dusty Graham. Loving mother of Paul Graham, Mark & Leanne Graham, and Jill & Wes Hope. Loving grandmother of Tyler & Christina Graham, Zach & Hilary Graham, Ainslie & Hendrik Bouwman, Deanna & Lev Cocarell and Dustin Hope. Cherished great grandmother of 12. Sister of Doreen Raymond and the late Bill Raymond, the late John Connell and Donna Connell, Helen Reimann and Mary Keir and the late Michael Keir. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the James Street United Church, Palmerston on Tuesday, December 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m.
