Joanne Devries of Gowanstown, passed away on Tuesday, December 19th in her 59th year. Loving wife of Alfred Devries. Proud and caring mother of Keith & Sanne Devries, Kelly & Marcel Koersen, and Cameron & Kendra Devries, and grandmother of Finn, Luca, Marcus, Jolene, Benjamin, and Adelyn. Daughter of Ed VanGeest and the late Tena. Joanne will be lovingly remembered by her sister Margaret Oldenburger, by Alfred’s siblings, many nieces and nephews, friends, neighbours, and her church family. Visitation will be held at Bethel Christian Reformed Church, Listowel on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 23rd at 11:00 a.m. The service will be livestreamed and the link available on the church and Eaton Funeral Home websites. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
