Wayne McClennan of Palmerston passed away suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital on Monday, October 2nd in his 81st year. Beloved husband of “Tiny” for 59 years. Father of John McClennan & Robin Hedge, Jeff McClennan & the late Judy McClennan, and Jamie McClennan. Cherished grandfather of Bryn, Kyleigh, Jamie, Scott, Todd, Tess and Madison. Brother of Doreen Schuler, Audry McClennan and Brian Triebner. Brother-in-law of Phyllis McClennan, Violet & Roy Weaver, Ron & Janice Rody, Murray Rody and Marnie, Corrine Mitchell, Bruce Rody, and Blair & Liz Rody. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Frank Lambier Legion Branch 409, Palmerston on Saturday, October 7th from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. with remembrances at 2:30 p.m.
