Margaret Machesney of Listowel passed away on Friday, October 27th, in her 83rd year. Loving mother to Sheila Anne & John McLeod. Loving grandmother to Robert & Jen Vaters, and Bradley & Charlene Vaters. Margaret leaves behind her brother Bill Machesney, many loved nieces and nephews and very dear friends, including her best friend Pat Willis Wolsey. Predeceased by her sister Mary “Missy” Stickney, her niece Kathy McIntosh, and by her parents Thomas & Margaret Machesney. The funeral service will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Monday, November 6th at 1:00 p.m. The service will be livestreamed and the link available on the Eaton Funeral Home website. The celebration of Margaret’s life and love will continue at Parkview Gardens, Listowel Legion, on Monday from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
