Peacefully on Tuesday, September 26th Dale Haggins of Brussels passed away at Huron Hospice in Clinton. Devoted husband for 35 years of Bev Haggins. Brother of Gary Haggins and Tami & Mark Walton. Brother-in-law to Doug & Linda Garside, and Ann & James Pappin, Marg & Leland Crim and Ken Garside. Adored uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Andrew V.H. & Jeanne Haggins and parents-in-law Al and Bev Garside. A service will be held on Sunday, October 1st at the Wingham Columbus Centre at 1:30 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Dale’s Life from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Please dress casually.
