Lloyd Gadke of Harriston, and formerly of Palmerston and Cambridge, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 9th at the age of 79. Husband of the late Margaret ‘Liz’ Gadke. Father of Brad & Debbie Gadke, Brenda & Jeff Geisel, and Barb & John Reid. Loved grandfather of 6. Brother of Betty-Jean & Keith Quigley, Bryan & Carol Gadke, and Bernice & Ron Wilson. Brother-in-law of Bill & Brandy Jones, Marion & Eric Pattison, Bob & Jennifer Dickert, and Bill & Cathy Dickert. Also survived by his dear friend Cathy Linton. Predeceased by his parents Fred & Bessie Gadke, infant brother Frederick Gadke, and by sisters Joan & Jim Weiler, Marjorie & Andy Schlesak, and Katherine Jones. Visitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Wednesday, September 13th from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed by interment in Palmerston Cemetery.
