Agnes Ernest of Walkerton passed away at home on Wednesday, September 20th in her 92nd year. Beloved mother of Donna, Bill, Carl & Bev, Elizabeth & Ed Plant, Darlene & Robert Ernest-Schlosser, Heather Milner & Len McGraw, Amber Gutscher & Bradley McIntyre, and daughter-in-law Marg & Ken Holmes. Agnes was a grandmother of 23, great-grandmother of 43, and great-great-grandmother of 3. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Agnes is predeceased by her husband Fred Ernest, sons Larry, Joe, and Bob, siblings Ernie and Ethel Mableson, and her parents Harold and Annie Mableson. Friends and relatives are invited for visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 24th at Cameron’s in Walkerton. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. Interment in Douglas Hill Cemetery, Cargill.
