Vivien Cober of Listowel passed away peacefully at Fordwich Village Nursing Home, on Saturday, September 23rd in her 82nd year. Loving wife of Glen Cober. Mother of Ken Cober & Michelle Turner, Steve & Katherine Cober, Sharon & Rick Cressman, and Linda & Steve Boyd. Grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 9. Sister of Bill & Donna Turner, Richard & Peggy Turner, David Turner, Brian & Judy Turner, and Don Turner. Sister-in-law of Ellen & Bruce Kennedy, Peter & Marilyn Cober, Clayton Cober, Lloyd & Ellen Cober, Ruth & Bruce Hoover, Phyllis & Doug Barfoot, and Arlene Cober. Loved and remembered also by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Family interment service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery, Fordwich. The celebration of Vivien’s life will follow at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel, on Friday, September 29th at 11:00 a.m., with reception to follow in the church hall. The service will be livestreamed and the link available on the Eaton Funeral Home website.
