Murray Shiell, passed away peacefully at Wingham & District Hospital on Tuesday, July 4th at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Barb Shiell. Devoted Dad of Pat & Jamie Hackett, Cathy & Mike Pletch, Heather Shiell and Brad Shiell & Pete O’Hehir. Loving grandpa of Brett Hackett and Amanda, Chad Hackett and Rebecca, Cole Hackett, Nicole Pletch and Brett and Jenna Pletch and Danilo and great-grandpa of Julia and Owen. Cherished brother of Doris Stephens and Marilyn Shiell and brother-in-law of Jim Bradley. Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Thursday, July 6th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel, on Friday, July 7th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Brandon Cemetery, Belgrave. The funeral will be live-streamed with a link available on the funeral home website.
