Alice Douglas of Harriston passed away at Palmerston Hospital on Friday, July 7 in her 85th year. Wife of the late Murray Douglas. Mother of Wayne Douglas and Louise Schenk, Michael Douglas, and Linda and Ken deGroot, all of Harriston. Grandmother of Olivia and Cam, Genevieve and Matt, Reid and Bryanna, and Evanand Avery. Sister of Esther Hallman, Marjorie Douglas, and Anne Waymouth, and sister-in-law of Marion Behrns, and Beatrice and Tom Gerrie. Loved and remembered also by her many nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends may call at the Hardy-|Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. where a private family service will be held on Thursday July 13 at 2pm. Interment in Harriston Cemetery. The Celebration of her life will continue at the Harriston Legion on Saturday, July 15th from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Palmerston & District Hospital would be appreciated.
