Marilyn Jones of Wingham, passed away peacefully at Wingham & District Hospital on Sunday, June 18th, at the age of 78.
Cherished mom of Shelley Jones-Hubbard, Rob Jones, Rod & Heather Jones and Jennifer & Russ Lamondin. Loving grandma of Jolanda & Shawn, Kristin, Meagan, Shae-Lynn & Jeff, Sherydan, Tyler, Alyssa, Lucas & Evelyn and Josie. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Ron Jones, infant son James Darwin Jones and parents Shirley Murray and James & Viola Murray.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Thursday, June 22nd, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Friday, June 23rd from 12:00 until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Final resting place, Wingham Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care) would be appreciated.
