William “Bill” Gerrits of Clinton, passed peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family on Monday June 26th in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Amy, Loving father of Herman and Michelle Gerrits, Kevin and Angela Gerrits and Cherry and Paul Hoste. Cherished grandfather of Chad and Lauren, Ashton, Paisley, Kaissen, Alexis, and Ty. Great grandfather of Nova. Dear brother and brother in law of Jean & John Veenstra, Marion Geiling, Don & Hilda Gerrits, Henry & Leida Gerrits, Jack & Gertie Gerrits, Dianne Vander Wal, Gerrie & Bob Neutel [NEWTELL] Marg Gerrits, Gordon & Ann Gerrits, and Mike Gerrits. Also fondly remembered by the extended Drost families and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Clinton Christian Reformed Church, on Thursday June 29th from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment Clinton Cemetery.
