Gord Davey of Cromarty, passed peacefully after a valiant battle well fought against cancer at Jessica’s House Residential Hospice, Exeter on Tuesday, June 27th in his 70th year. Dearly missed by the love of his life Karen Davis, brother Wayne Davey and Marie, and their children Kenneth, and Wanda and their family. Sorely missed by his aunts, nieces, cousins and many friends including Jack Lloyd. Predeceased by parents Ken and Jean Davey. At Gord’s request, a private family interment will take place. A celebration of life will be held at the Lockhart Reception Centre in Mitchell on Saturday, July 15th from 1 to 3pm with remembrance beginning at 2pm.
