Ivan Schuknecht, of R.R. #1 Elmwood, passed away peacefully at Lee Manor, Owen Sound on Monday, May 8. He was in his 85th year. Beloved father of Kevin, Kim and Murray Carmichael and Krista. Cherished grandfather of Kyle and Allie, Kerri and Matt, Mackenzie and Cassandra, and Kaitlynd. Great grandfather to Blaire. Remembered by his sister Elda Threndyle and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Lucinda and brothers Elmer, Howard, and Lloyd. A private family graveside service will be held at the Hanover Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
