Joyce Koch, formerly of Gowanstown, passed away at the Fordwich Village Nursing Home, on Saturday, May 20, in her 92nd year. Wife of the late Allan Koch. Mother of Gerry and Shirley Koch, Anne Omand, Sandra DesChamp and John Hunt, and Karen Murray. Grandmother of 9. Great-grandmother of 14. Sister of Murray McKnight. Predeceased by her parents George and Bertha McKnight, sons-in-law Glen Omand and Sean Murray, sisters Evelyn Braun and Lola Eddie, and by her brothers Lorne McKnight, Barry McKnight, Ron McKnight and Archie McKnight. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Wallace Township on Thursday, May 25, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
