Leonard “Len” Baird of Wingham, passed away on Saturday, at age 76. Beloved husband of Kathleen for 45 years. Proud father of Mark Baird and his wife Dana and their son River, and Shawn Baird. Remembered by his siblings, Shirley and Doug McLeod, Clayton and Marilyn Baird, Doug and Stella Baird and Ross and Suzanne Baird. Dear brother-in-law of Denny and Aileen Leddy, Cathy Leddy, Maureen and Bruce Thomson, Bernadette and Bill Andrews, Ann Marie and Bevin Tiffin and Elizabeth Moore. Sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, neighbours, friends and fellow hunting buddies. Predeceased by his parents, Russell and Edna Baird, brother Lorne Baird and in-laws Kenny Leddy, Billy and Jean Leddy, Monica Fear, Alvin Moore and Danny Leddy and nephews Brian Leddy and Peter Moore. A private graveside service will be held.
