David Thomson of Chesley, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley, on Sunday, April 16, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Karen Thomson for almost 55 years. Loving father of Jason, Aaron and Lorna Lehman, and Crystal Thomson and Chuck Rossel. Cherished grandfather of 4, and step-grandfather of 3. Dear brother-in-law of Annette Thomson, Linda Thomson, Janice and Ron Hammell, Frank and Pat McCurdy, Tom McCurdy and Rosamund Woodhouse, Phyllis McCurdy and John McGrade, and Sandra and Guy Stewart. He will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Alexander and Malcom, and his parents John and Jessie Thomson. Visitation will be held at Geneva Presbyterian Church, Chesley, on Saturday, April 22, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Chesley Cemetery.
