Vietta Watson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 25, at Strathcona Long Term Care, Mount Forest, in her 88th year. She was predeceased by her husband Alex in 2018 and her great-granddaughter Evelyn in 2019 in infancy. Loving mother of Cheryl and Sima, Ron and Carol, Doris Aitken and Keith, and Jamie and Connie. Cherished grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 10. Dear sister of Minnie McNeish and Nora Gray and sister-in-law of Rudy Plasser. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents James and Grace Wilson and 12 siblings and 3 brothers-in-law. Visitation will be held at England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Thursday, March 2, from 6-8 pm with the funeral service in the chapel on Friday, March 3, at 11 am with visitation prior from 10:15-10:45 am. Everyone is invited to a reception at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church following the service.
