Norman Hossfeld, of Hanover, passed away at SBGHC – Durham, on Saturday, March 18. He was 88. Born to the late Adam and Alfrieda
Hossfeld. Survived by his loving wife Evelyn Hossfeld. Loved step father of Douglas Kaufman and Elaine Egerdeen, and Barbara and Lawrence Rowley. Cherished grandfather and “papa” of 5, and great grandfather of 9. Fondly remembered by brother Harold and Eleta Hossfeld. Predeceased by his parents, sisters Florence Schaus, and Nelda Hohnstein, and step granddaughter Pamela. Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Wednesday, March 22, from 7-8:30 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 23, at 11 am, at St. Matthew’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Hanover. Interment in Hanover Cemetery.
