Lila Guikema of Kincardine, on Monday, in her 87 th year. Beloved wife of the late Anco Guikema. Cherished mother of Joyce and Dave MacKay and Connie Ross and Martin Needham all of Kincardine. Loving grandmother of Nathan and Angela, Jasmine and Craig, Joel and Kristen, Sarah and Matt, Sasha, Adam and Jason and great-grandmother of Deter, Mikayla and Kaytlyn. Dear sister of June Gilchrist, Bill and Carol Stewart, Bernice and Gordon Campbell, Ray and Sharon Stewart and Dave and Christiane Stewart. Fondly remembered by brother-in-law Peter Guikema, sister-in-law Johanna and Howie Ginderich, along with many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by daughter Elizabeth, infant children Paul and Marilyn, brother Delbert Stewart, brother-in-law Bob Gilchrist and sister-in-law Deane Guikema. A funeral service to honour Lila’s life will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Sunday, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a casual come and go reception in the funeral home lounge from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
