Joan Eaton passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 11, at Huronview Home for the Aged in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Don Eaton for 60 years who predeceased her in 2016. Joan was the daughter of the late William “Jim” and Mary Racho. Fondly remembered by her dearest friend Elise Doig. Loving Aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear sister-in-law of Gloria Racho, Cory Eaton, and brother-in-law Gerald Moir. Predeceased by her loving sisters Joyce Chessell and George, Muriel MacGregor and Wilmer, Blanche Moir, and brothers Herman Racho and Marie, Stand Racho and Kate and Jim Racho, and by siblings-in-law Tim Eaton and Mary, Ken Eaton, Margaret Bennett and Foster and Isabel McCowan and Peter. Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, Seaforth on Tuesday, March 14, from 7-9 PM. A private funeral service will be held. Spring interment Egmondville Cemetery.
